Public-data infrastructure for AI agents

A production-deployed Korean geospatial platform that turns public address, parcel, zoning, and land-price data into structured evidence for applications and AI agents.

• Built deterministic ingestion and validation for a documented full-load snapshot of approximately 39.7M parcels and 222M parcel land-use designation records, with source and dataset-version metadata in primary serving tables.
• Exposed 15 REST routes and seven MCP tools over stdio or HTTP. The API returns government determinations verbatim and computes no derived scores.
• Designed request IDs, API-key access, IP and per-key rate limits, non-blocking usage metering, and optional Sentry monitoring. Shipped the API, ETL, MCP adapter, and web UI in one non-root container.

Dated full-load records, July–August 2026; coverage varies by dataset. The public case study includes representative code, tests, schemas, and design decisions.

Welda RAG Prototype

Stateful workflows & retrieval observability

An independent Korean healthcare RAG prototype combining LangGraph orchestration, vector retrieval, Neo4j knowledge, and LangSmith tracing.

• Built explicit shared state, conditional intent routing, five lifecycle stages, and separate emergency and medical-referral paths in LangGraph.
• Combined vector retrieval and graph context with web-search fallback, source attribution, and streamed responses; configured LangSmith run tracing.
• Built a separate local evaluation harness comparing BGE-M3 and KURE-v1 on 15 labeled Korean queries using retrieval quality and latency metrics.

CLI prototype, May 2026. Evaluation used a small local dataset; this is not a clinically validated service.

InterviewMate

Real-time speech & retrieval for interview practice

An interview preparation and mock-session app. I am the sole engineer: architecture, deployment, and production debugging.

• Built the streaming path: browser audio over WebSocket, FFmpeg, Deepgram streaming STT, user-scoped Qdrant retrieval (up to three parallel sub-queries, 5 s timeout each), and Claude streaming.
• Fixed a production bug where unrelated equal-length strings scored 0.95 similarity and returned the wrong prepared answer; raised the direct-return threshold from 0.70 to 0.85.
• Turned an unexplained production answer into controlled prompt studies and, later, an open-weight replication with activation-oracle read-outs.

Engineering and research links focus on the implementation and reproducible experiments.

An AI task-decomposition and study system shipped with document parsing, authentication, payments, and notifications.

• Owned the application and Azure infrastructure from architecture through deployment.
• Integrated study workflows, document processing, notifications, authentication, and payments.
• Added Google ID-token verification, removed unauthenticated admin endpoints, and added redirect-aware SSRF protection for URL ingestion.

Voice-verified learning

Turns textbook PDFs into oral exams. Masked concepts are revealed only after semantic verification that the learner explained the target concept.

Bridge-damage Detection

Class-aware evaluation under data imbalance

An independent applied-ML study using a working dataset of 378,072 inspection images across nine damage classes. Per-class evaluation exposed gains and regressions hidden by aggregate mAP.

Independent of the geospatial serving system. Results are from limited training experiments and do not establish production readiness.
